CS Pallav Falod is the Founder and Proprietor of Pallav Falod & Associates and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has completed LL.B from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University and M.Com from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

CS Pallav Falod has been associated with Secretarial Audits of numerous listed and unlisted companies, including entities governed under various special statutes. His experience encompasses corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, legal documentation, due diligence, and advisory services under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and other corporate laws.

He is also a Registered Trademark Agent, assisting clients with trademark registration, prosecution, and intellectual property-related matters.

Known for his professional integrity, analytical approach, and commitment to excellence, he focuses on delivering practical, timely, and commercially effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and client service.

CS Ayushi Lohiya is an Associate at Pallav Falod & Associates and a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has completed MBA from Rajasthan Technical University and B.Com(Hons.-ABST) from Maharani College, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

She possesses sound knowledge of Company Law, Secretarial Practice, Corporate Governance, and Regulatory Compliance. Her professional expertise includes handling ROC compliances, annual filings, secretarial documentation, corporate restructuring matters, board and shareholder meeting compliances, and Secretarial Audit assignments.

She regularly assists clients in ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, and other applicable corporate laws. Her meticulous approach, technical proficiency, and commitment to delivering timely and accurate professional services enable the firm to provide effective compliance and advisory solutions to its clients.

Karishma Maheshwari is an Article Trainee at CS Pallav Falod & Associates. She has completed her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Rajasthan, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University.

She currently serves as a dedicated Management Intern at Pallav Falod & Associates, where she actively contributes to the firm's professional work while enhancing her practical knowledge and skills.
